Wynonna Working With White House On Criminal Justice Reform

Wynonna Judd was in Washington, DC last week meeting with White House Officials to discuss criminal justice reform.

In case you missed it, “Politico” reports Wynonna met with Brooke Rollins in the White House Office of American Innovation and “discuss[ed] criminal justice reform and ways the administration can continue to enhance reentry programs for inmates and curb the return-to-prison rate.”

Wynonna, whose daughter Grace Pauline Kelley is currently behind bars, also spoke informally to Kellyanne Conway. The singer is teaming with the White House on a new criminal justice reform project, although details of the project were not released.

Grace was sentenced to eight years in prison after she violated probation on a drug conviction.
