The Billboard Music Awards Are Sunday

The 2018 Billboard Music Awards are set for Sunday and it’s bound to be an exciting night for music fans.

Chris Stapleton and Sam Hunt lead the pack for Country with five nods apiece. Both Chris and Sam will compete for Top Country Artist, along with Kane Brown, Luke Combs and Thomas Rhett, while Chris is also up for Top Billboard 200 Artist and Top Selling Album for “From A Room: Vol. 1,” and Sam is up for Top Selling Song for “Body Like A Back Road,” as well as the Billboard Chart Achievement Award.

  • Performers for this year’s telecast include Kelly Clarkson, who’ll also host the show, Christina Aguilera and Demi Lovato, BTS, Camila Cabello, Ariana Grande, Kesha and Macklemore, John Legend, Dua Lipa, Jennifer Lopez, Shawn Mendes and Khalid, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue, Ed Sheeran (from Dublin), Maren Morris, Zedd and Grey, and this year's Icon Award recipient, Janet Jackson. 
  • Presenters this year include Hailey Baldwin, Tyra Banks, Alison Brie, The Chainsmokers, Ciara, Andy Cohen, Simon Cowell, Darren Criss, Halsey, Tip “T.I.” Harris, Justin Hartley & Chrissy Metz, Nick Jonas & Mustard, Chloe Kim, Mila Kunis, Padma Lakshmi, Des Linden, Julia Michaels, French Montana, Ne-Yo, Derek Hough & Jenna Dewan, Evan Ross & Ashlee Simpson, Grace VanderWaal andRebel Wilson 

The 2018 Billboard Music Awards will air at 8 pm on NBC live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
