Sheryl Crow just shared a new song with fans. The latest is the tune “Live Wire,” featuring special guests Bonnie Raitt and Mavis Staples.
“Those two ladies may as well be sisters from a different mother,” Crowe tells "Entertainment Weekly." “First of all, they’re very close and Mavis has inspired Bonnie in so many ways. And both those women have been a huge inspiration for me….I wouldn’t be playing the guitar without her.”
“Live Wire” is the latest track from Sheryl’s upcoming album “Threads,” which features collaborations with artists like Don Henley, Keith Richards, and Stevie Nicks, as well as Jason Isbell, Chris Stapletonand Maren Morris. She previously released ““Redemption Day,” featuring Johnny Cash.
“Threads” is expected out later this summer. Check out “Live Wire” to the right.
