More and more artists are facing the reality that summer concert tours just won’t be happening. In fact, three more artists have just canceled their treks.
- Kenny Chesney took to Facebook to share the news that his summer “Chillaxification Tour” is being postponed. “No one has tried harder than my team to make the 2020 Chillaxification Tour a reality...,” he writes. “Sadly, we can’t find a way to make it safe, to navigate water that’s just not getting any clearer.” He adds that he’s currently working hard to finalize information about the tour for 2021. Check out the announcement below.
- Maren Morris also revealed that her “RSVP The Tour,” with James Arthur, Ryan Hurd and Caitlyn Smith, is being postponed until 2021. “These months have been a rolling wave of uncertainty, hope and reality,” she writes. “Let’s do this at the right time when we can all be together again.” Maren already announced the rescheduled dates, with the tour set to kick off April 30th, 2021 in Alpharetta, Georgia, wrapping September 6th in Morrison, Colorado.
